Room 31022 . The first sink the fixtures did not work. The security deadbolt did not work so had maintenance repair. The hallway carpeting was worn and outside each room there was badly stained carpeting.

Nice room with a view of the Sphere and surroundings. We couldn't access WiFi in the property, pool is small and crowded, couldn't change from handheld shower head to the waterfall shower head. We didn't get water bottles but were charged the redort fees. charged

Room mostly clean, shower was a pool due to hair clog in drain. Food Options variety decent, nothing with actual gluten free options but that's not controllable. Will Send Security to room if Privacy Card/button is on door for more than 1 day for "Welness check" instead of calling room phone first AC Unit Periodical Strange (Thud) Noise when in Operation.

Great staff, clean room, convenient location. Of course, it is the lifetime residency of Barry Manilow!

The check in process was a nightmare. We arrived at 11:30 at night and had to wait for over an hour to check in because the "convienient" self check in would not print room keys. Then there were only 2 staff members there to assist over 30 guests. I was checking in with a family of 5 and it was just terrible.
