Ertl Trip

Great room. I asked for a quite location and they set me up on the 18th floor. The design of the hotel is great. Friendly and capable staff. I even got email notifications for packages delivered for me. Prosecco ad the lobby in the afternoon, and perfect location.

The Venetian exceeded every expectation. The suite was huge, comfortable and spotless, with a layout that made it feel more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. The property offers endless dining choices, all within a short walk. The atmosphere throughout the resort is upscale and lively, perfect for a Vegas trip. Service was smooth, check in was easy and the location on the Strip could not be better. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a top quality experience.

Very convenient location. Very kind and helpful staff. Our room had wet carpeting upon arrival, the toilet gurgled all night and there was a clanging noise all night like a banging on pipes.

Beautiful property , big rooms, great restaurant options. Concierge very helpful. Took 3 requests to have luggage brought to room. Water main break was inconvenient. Like most places in Vegas, everything is very expensive.
