Property was clean. Rented a PH for a small party - very inexpensive and worth the price. Only issue with this remake of a hotel is the cigarette smell in the rooms, the carpets, etc.

All in all a great value. The room was clean and modernized but you can still tell it is the oldest hotel and casino on the strip. I've stayed here before so knew what to expect but it was my wife's first time. We had a Fab room which overlooked the Sphere and Wheel. It was really fun to see, especially in the evening time. My only recommendation would be the bathrooms need to be remolded/updated. Everything else was pretty nice.

Bilbao is wonderful and the view from the room was spectacular but there were lots of little details that let the experience down; there was a cigarette burn on a cushion on the terrace chair, another large burn mark on the bathroom sink ...
