"The room is fine, the bathroom can be more clean and well maintained. The worst is there is no coffee or tea in the room or anywhere else. There used to be no kettle in room too so cannot get any hot water except going to the reception and ask for some. They provide one paper cup per people at the first day but they get very soggy easily.it is fine if you just want a place to sleep."

"The room was an acceptable size for a twin. Some of the sockets were not working and the radiators were turned off, despite the freezing temperatures outside. Being plumbed heating it took a long time to come through. The beds were quite short, anyone over 6 ft would struggle. Breakfast was great if you got there at opening. If you arrived an hour later the hot food was burned, overcooked and not being replaced"
