"The poolside service was extremely nice. Havent had issues at most RIUs so as expected hotel was clean, convenient, good location , we walked to restaurant like a block away which was pretty good"

"Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom needs an overall. Faucets are hard to open and close."

"The room and the property is very clean. Excellent breakfast. Carlo at the front desk could be a little more pleasant. He seems to act as he is doing me a favor by checking me into the hotel. I guess because l’m a woman. I have been coming to this place since 2022 for at least 3 times a year and I hate when he is at the front desk. He seems to be more pleasant with men."

"My girlfriend and I had a great 3-day stat at the Principe hotel in Feb 2026 for a phenomenal price. The hotel was very nice, quite and clean with large rooms. We actually got moved right away to a far larger room (for no charge) because the A/C in our first room was not working properly. The staff could not have been nicer. The location of the property in the nice and safe Congrejo neighborhood was great, with plenty of good restaurants steps away. In truth, the Principe was one of the best stays/deal I have ever had in my travels. "
