The hotel is nice and has great amenities but the front desk staff can be a little rude. They charged our credit card 166 with no notification and did not show on our room account. When we went to the front desk they said it was a smoking fee. We don’t smoke, vape, light candles etc. the gave us the report that showed the time of the incident at time we were not even in our room. They removed the charge but if we didn’t get alerts from our credit card company we would not have know about this charge.

Overall my stay was perfect, the room was clean, the breakfast was excellent, free EV Charging for my electric vehicle and a professional staff. The only thing to be aware of is they will not let you check in early. Strict 3 pm check-in rule or an extra $40 fee to check-in early.

Breakfast was good but the staff was a little overwhelmed by the number of guests. The microwave in my room didn't work, but l just used the one in the breakfast area. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.
