"I’ve been here for the past few years. At start it was amazing however I’ve noticed a lot has changed: - Staff are less friendly - Water is not free in the room. Our rooms 333 & 334 suffered damp bedding due to faulty air conditioning throughout our stay this also caused a musty smell and black mold was present around the unit and our room especially the bathroom-We quickly became ill. ..."
