"Great hotel, really helpful staff, well located, good entertainment, great food. Downside is the nightclubs nearby are playing extremely loud music from 11pm so it is very noisy. Another thing is that on the last 2 nights of our stay, the evening entertainment did put the music soo loud that the violin player could not hear herself and it's was a shame as the rest of the week was fantastic. I would recommend more non alcoholic cocktails (especially as I was in all inclusive and don't drink alcohol). Bottles of water would also be greatly appreciated in the room. Beach towel system is a bit confusing. Excellent facilities on the last day as there is a shower room that can be used once room check out done. Overall a great holiday"

"Never stayed in a better hotel - the vibes were incredible! It’s such quiet luxury and the staff CANNOT do enough for you! There is no pressure to do anything, it’s calm literally everywhere you go & it never felt busy at all. Breakfast options were amazing & the food when we ate in restaurants was also amazing! We are already trying to figure out when we can come back"

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality was simply outstanding. We stayed in The Retreat, in a beautiful One-Bedroom Suite with Ocean View, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly and professionally by the staff. We were transported by car to the private check-in area, where we were offered refreshing drinks and made to feel incredibly special. Although check-in was at 4 pm and we had to wait a little while for our suite, the hotel ensured we were comfortable and could enjoy its wonderful facilities, along with complimentary drinks and delicious nibbles included as part of our suite experience. "Friendly staff who were happy to help. Bar staff remembered people and their drinks. Variety of food selection on offer. Lots of sun loungers on offer although the hotel can block the sun occasionally. The room was fine, clean and spacious. Room and general internal areas of the hotel looked slightly old / outdated however no complaints. Only one issue was in the final morning before checking out, there was a fairly large leak coming from the ceiling above the shower, this didn’t affect me as I was preparing to leave and reception staff did apologise and arrange the maintenance crew to check."
