Room was neat and tidy, the main room has been updated with fresh paint, modern light fittings, new floor coverings etc but the bathroom is quite outdated. Plenty of parking. "I am extremely disappointed that, despite having booked and paid for accommodation through my business for a vulnerable person, and having received a booking confirmation, the accommodation was not available upon arrival. When we arrived at the property, we were informed that Expedia had double-booked the accommodation and that no room was available for us. As a result, I spent my entire Friday evening urgently searching for alternative accommodation to ensure that this vulnerable person did not have to sleep on the street. This situation caused significant stress, inconvenience, and disruption, particularly given the vulnerable circumstances of the individual concerned. I had relied on the confirmed booking and expected that the accommodation I had paid for would be available. The failure to honour the booking placed both myself and the person I was supporting in an unacceptable position."
