"Staff waiting to greet even though we arrived after 22.00. Quick service and lovely room. Only fault (not sure if Expedia or Hotel), but I did message the hotel twice through Expedia and never received a reply. Very hard to contact the hotel directly - pretty much impossible unless we rang."
