perfectly located hotel
the hotel was in an ideal location. paid for a room with a balcony but was allocated a ground floor room with a balcony that was overlooked by a car park so that was disappointing and not what i expected. room was nice though and although a little basic was very clean, comfy and practical

Erfurt is a delightful place! This hotel, we stayed in the old section above the Gera River, is a perfect location to see the history- great for Martin Luther walks. The only thing I didn't realize was that the old section doesn't have an elevator and for older folks with luggage, its a challenge. However once we got up the flights to our room, everything was very nice.

Beautiful Area
Erfurt is a great city, and if you want to enjoy the atmosphere, the Kramerbrücke is the place to be.

A lovely town with everything you could want.
Well situated hotel right on the edge of the old town, plenty of places to eat nearby, fantastic town for sightseeing despite this just being a convenient stopping off point on our route. Also plenty of retail shopping if that’s what you like right next to the old town.

This was my last visit to this hotel
- airco was not effective, it just recircuited hot air - only one key per room occupied by two people - hotel only accessible till midnight - control of lights was all lights on or all lights off - big screen TV was not usable, the only sofa positioned in such a way that you look at the screen sideways (30 degrees (iso 90 degrees))

Great stay in Erfurt
Location was great. Right in the middle of Altstadt. Easy walking distance to restaurants and sights. The Krämerbrücke is way cool.

great location, however, they charged me a fortune for a very small room with a balcony, which I did not need, it was December, the room also smelled of cigarette smoke. Apparently they smoked underneath my window and the cigarette smoke came into my room.

The hotel was located right beside the famous Kramerbrucke and we were able to walk everywhere! Parking garage below was a plus. Property was clean, and staff was helpful. Breakfast was included and was great!

Hidden Gem in perfect centtal location
Great modern and clear hotel with friend reception an bar. Located close to the town center and right next to the famous Krämerbrücke and the original Bavarian Augustiner Beer Garden

Erstes Zimmer hatte Speckkäferbefall (Schädlinge für Kleidung, zerfressen natürliche Materialien), zweites Zimmer war nicht gereinigt. Es lagen auf dem Stuhl diverse Krümel. Auch das dritte Zimmer war in den Ecken nicht gesaugt, das Mobiliar abgewetzt und diverse Spinnenweben. Diese auch im Frühstücksraum. Außerdem sehr unfreundliches Frühstückspersonsl, verschimmelte Orangen oder gar kein Obst, kaltes Porridge- nie wieder!

Es war viel zu warm im Zimmer ( Heizung hat sich nicht regulieren lassen), die Betten sind mit Inkontinenz Schutz dadurch haben wir sehr stark geschwitzt….

Tolle Unterkunft direkt an der Krämerbrücke. Die Lage ist super. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Die Parkplätze können nicht im Voraus gebucht werden. Leider war der hoteleigene Parkplatz voll. So mussten wir uns auf die Suche nach einem geeigneten Parkplatz machen, was etwas herausfordernd war.

Gutes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Empfang war freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Vom Frühstück aber waren wir enttäuscht. Wir folgtem dem Ratschlag, vor oder nach der Stoßzeit zu gehen, es war dennoch erstmal kein Tisch frei. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr eng, die Laufwege schmal. Die Auswahl am Buffet war in Ordnung, aber es wurde kaum bzw. zu spät nachgefüllt.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Saubere Zimmer und hervorragende Lage. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Besonders gut war das Frühstück. Also jederzeit wieder! Wer möchte kann im Hotelrestaurant einkehren. Wir fanden das Essen gut, für ein sehr gut fehlten ein paar Nuancen.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, Zimmerreinigung sehr dürftig, wurde nicht gesaugt, dreckige Fernbedienung, dreckiger Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon, Socken vom Vorgänger im Zimmer gehabt, Lüfter /Heizung heizte nicht, nur kalte Luft. Lage ist sehr gut, alles fußläufig, Personal nett. Frühstück ganz normale Auswahl, nix außergewöhnliches, Rührei nur Pulver. Fazit: 0815, für 1-2 Nächte ok, nichts besonderes, außer die Lage ist super und man kann direkt dort parken
