"We did not enjoy the pool or lobby area, it was very very loud and crowded until 11:30 pm the noise was super loud"

"We were given a room with a leak in the ceiling right over the toilet. When we complained they said there was nothing they could do and did not offer us another room. We had to use the bathroom in the hallway. The young woman never mad eye contact. We were not allowed a refund because we had booked the room through Expedia. "
