The whole room was full of scratches and paint stains. Noise from the neighboring rooms could easily be heard all the time. Housekeeping was also done very poorly – I found spider webs inside the drawers...

The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...
