"How can I even start! I called to change the date for my stay, the staff member Jasmine didn’t do her part of changing the date on the computer, and I was charged for the date that I change originally from which ended up being a no-show and then the bedroom that I ended up staying smell so bad, the room didn’t have towels and didn’t have a remote. It was just awful."
