This hotel was very clean and had great breakfast options! There were a few downsides to what room we were in particularly, our room had a bright white flashing from the smoke detector, and we were next to a laundry chute so there was a weird sound every 3 seconds. We think it was the air current going through the chute but we weren't sure. The room was cozy but wished we had more space in between the bed and the desk. The pool was also in good condition and nice and warm.
I would stay at this hotel again!

From the outside the hotel looked gorgeous, very promising.. but…. Upon my arrival the lady at the front was not very welcoming. Stayed very silent & made me feel kinda awkward. So I get the key and My first room smelt like cigarettes so I went down to front desk to change keys and she just had this really mean look on her face.
I get to my room and my sheets had weird little stains on both beds. Pillows were super flat, I got a kink in my neck sleeping. The comforter is paper thin.
Went down to the indoor pool area ( pool only no hot tub) and it was so incredibly hot I could not breathe in there. I had to sit a chair in the doorway to outside to let fresh air in. No towels in the cabinets. Had to go ask for some.
Just disappointed for the price

We loved this place! The breakfasts were more complete than expected; the air, fridge, microwave, shower, and TV all worked great; and the pool was heated, with nice clean bathrooms right there in the pool room. We didn't need much from the staff but what we did need, they provided. I think we're sticking with Country Inn & Suites from now on!

Air conditioner made lots of noise. I had a room that was first floor & the room faced the street which is a busy street. But overall it was nice and easy to get to.
We're local to Enid, but for my daughters birthday she wanted a hotel stay with some friends and a pool. The rooms are very comfortable, the amenities were great, the breakfast is full, hot and a lot of options. Coffee strong with choice of flavored creamers. The ladies at the front desk were very kind too.

Newer property in safe area. However, for the 3 star hotel rating, I wasn't impressed with my experience. Starting with the front desk experience. I thought the professional manners would be practiced, but it wasn't. I think some training is due.
The bed wasn't clean. There where hair and other particles.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and got my day off to a solid start. If you are going to stay in Enid, I would highly recommend the Country Inn & Suites.

Great service, clean rooms. Was missing part of the in-room coffee pot, the water knob in shower was coming off the wall. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Good Hotel for the Price
The hotel appeared clean and well managed. There were maintenance issues that you couldn't ignore. Our first room had a running water leak in the bathroom, so we requested to move to another room, which the front desk accommodated. The second room was nice but had cracked tile in the bath and the plumbing on the second floor of our rom (223) made weird knocking noises whenever someone on the third floor ran water.

Modern 4 story hotel. Everything seemed very new and fresh. We had 2 tv's in our king-size room. Separate sitting area and bedroom. The only problem we had was getting the remote to work on the tv in the bedroom. We used the one in the sitting area and that seemed to help.

Was traveling with our college sport team and had sent our rooming list ahead of time in order to have our key packets made up and ready upon arrival. That didn’t happen and so I had to individually check in each room. Was also informed that they had been having issues with their key code machine and that keys might not work. Thankfully, they all did. While the front desk person was very courteous and apologetic for the situation, it wasn’t a great first impression of the hotel. Remainder of stay was alright.

Dwayne was super nice at check in, very accommodating, he asked about our visit and explained our a/c went out and stayed the previous night in a different hotel that was hot. After i checked in he asked if it was cool enough in our room. One of the tvs wasn’t working so he let us use the master remote. Very pleasant. Breakfast was good.
