"The room was small. Bathroom was very compact and had a drainage smell. The bathroom door handle was loose causing a problem getting in and out. The air con was great but when switched off it would rattle intermittently which meant we had an awful night’s sleep. Main door to first floor squeaked causing more disturbance through the night. "

"The hotel is recent and clean. The room was spacious enough. The mattress and pillows were comfy. The parking lot is big with wide parking spaces. But due to the general breakdown the air conditioning didn't work the night we stayed (during the heat wave). I cannot say that it was very hot in the room as the insulation seemed decent, but still the sleep could be better. In my opinion, hotel chains like B&B should have maintenance on call 24/7 as most of people spend only one night there."

"Beautiful historic home beautifully furnished. Lovely gardens. Peaceful and quiet. Slept with the window open and lulled to sleep by the sounds of the babbling brook. Woke to the sounds of birds singing. Delightful stay."
