The property was quite beautiful and accurate to what the pictures show. Unfortunately, we needed to end our stay early because we noticed there were some bugs and couldn’t keep peace of mind staying after making the discovery. In light of this, we requested a partial refund for the night we did not stay, however the property owner was unresponsive. We followed up on this request multiple times, until finally receiving notice days later that it was denied. Overall, the lack of communication and timely response was very disappointing and frustrating.
