"Had an excellent stay. I was the only guest at the time and the staff were unbelievably friendly and courtesy. Made me feel very welcome. The hotel itself is wonderful, right on the water and walking distance to everything in Batroun. 10 star all the way."

"We enjoyed our stay although there were some minor things that could be fixed to start with, the Wifi signal is very low, the light was very dim and the electricity was "playing" a lot even when the AC was turned off. Moreover, I would suggest having a longer shower curtain so that the water wouldn't spill outside and covering one of the pipes in the shower that has hot water ( I almost burned myself by accidentally touching it)."
