Extremely noisy - it’s after 2am and disco so loud
"The service is good. But it is after 2am and cannot sleep as the discos close by are in full swing. I am on the 12th floor and it is as if the disco in my room. Not comfortable at all. I paid over £100 a night for a single room I expect to at least sleep! Very bad."

"Reception on arrival 11/10. The staff noted my wife's wheelchair and moved us to a closer room.
