Lovely stay but no room service
"Hotel was lovely and would stay again. Nice touches in room like a fridge, smart tv and coffee machine. Restaurant food was excellent Only gave four stars though as no room service which surprised me."

"Check-in was OK but had to wait a while as there was a queue and only one member of staff on duty, so suggest more reception staff needed to avoid delays checking in. "Stay was comfortable staff were friendly rooms were clean. Breakfast wasn't the greatest and cost over inflated £12 for some dried out scrambled egg which was the only egg choice, bacon was only streaky type.
