He made the check-in process smooth and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. His positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. Employees like Jibri make a big difference and represent the hotel very well. I truly appreciated his excellent customer service and hope the management recognizes the great job he’s doing."

"Despite the big red signs saying “NON SMOKING PROPERTY” the place REEKED of cigarettes and marijuana. When we first entered the room, there was a beer can in the garbage, beard clippings in the sink, and the place STUNK! We asked the front desk if we came too early and they said “no, the cleaner has already been there and sprayed” I asked them to do it again and they were very accommodating and apologetic. The toilet and shower leaked all night. And upon coming back the second night, the room once again reeked of cigarette. Unfortunately there rooms failed to meet the level of customer service. Will not be coming back. "

"Very dated, no amenities. Went to get coffee at 6:24, very unfriendly person at the desk told us very firmly that breakfast wasn’t until 6:30. All we wanted was coffee, she said it wasn’t ready and again informed us that breakfast was at 6:30. No coffee pot in room. Toilet seat was about to fall off of the toilet. We were able to screw it on a little tighter. Will NEVER stay there again!!!"
