The reception desk was kind of unattanded. At checkout we hade to call them, after waiting for 15 min. As we had to do for our ordered beer. There was an extra third bed in our double room, which occupied the seating area. The hotel restaurant was closed. We were recommended to Elgstua where the prices on the menu was wrong.

Nice hotel on the way to Norwegian mountains.
This is a very nice hotel in a small town one hour north of Oslo airport. Scandic is a well regarded Norwegian hotel chain. There are Scandic hotels all over Norway. Nothing much to do there but nice restaurant with an ice cream shop nearby. The rooms are American sized not small Scandinavian size.

Moderne hotell med god frokost
Fint og moderne, flott service fra resepsjonen. God frokost. Gratis lading av elbilen var kjekt, men det burde settes opp type 2 ladere, ikke schuko. Ingen mulighet til å justere romtemperatur.

A wonderful hotel
The hotel was exceptionally clean and the hotel staff were great. I didn't want to leave their fine breakfast. I'd stay there in a heartbeat in the future.

Modern hotel on the edge of town
Rica Elgstua is a modern hotel conveniently located on the edge of town with easy access to the centre. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant serves delicious food, and a great buffet breakfast with wide selection. I'd be happy to stay there again and recommend it.

Elverum's new hotel
Great stay at a new hotel, by far the best in the area! Very clean, helpful staff and comfortable stay. Location is scored low, Elverum is not a hive of activity, only went there on business.

Helt ok.
Sluken i dusjen var nesten fullstendig tett. Kun én type puter, og det var typ høye, som ikke lot seg trykke ned til relativt flat pute (håpløst for noen (slike som f.eks. meg)). Litt sløv nattvakt som ikke sørget for at nøkkelkortet virket. jeg måtte ned igjen og prøve på nytt. Slikt skjer, men jeg la merke til at han var litt treig og vurderte å spørre om han hadde gjort det riktig, det så nemlig ikke slik ut. Det er selvfølgelig ikke veldig viktig, men litt kjedelig fordi jeg sjekket inn kl 03.00.
