Hotel is located in nice area not over crowded. Hotel has 3 pools very clean, the beach is good. Rooms were cleaned everyday, we stayed for 4 nights, entertainment in the evening was excellent, food choice was excellent lots of verities for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We didn't Get to book alcart restaurant as they were fully booked. Overall the hotel standard is excellent.

Had a brilliant time at Cocobay over Christmas and New Year. Enjoyed it so much, we stayed some extra days. Private beach is a small piece of heaven and i swam to jungle beach (about a mile) and that was super fun too. (can get a short rickshaw ride or walk also). Food was great, Sri Lankan or international cuisine available. Stayed in two different rooms and both great, clean and with sea and palm tree views. Going to Unawatuna which is great but always happy to come back. Special thanks to...

Great place, great location! beach just 100 meters, pool 50 meters, amazing rooms & great view, great staff ( helped us with early check-in) and always ready to help. Other attractions near by - Bentota river, water sports, great local market 10 minutes walk from hotel for small souvenirs. The only thing perhaps that can be improved is a) room service experience b) more variety in food during breakfast and dinner Bharat

We cannot rate the hotel and the staff highly enough. The front of house staff, the waiting staff the pool boys, the bar staff were all exceptional. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome, they can't do enough for you during your stay. We had an issue when we were there and Mr Adikari and Mr Rizan and their team bent over backwards to assist us. We really can't thank them and praise them enough for their efforts. Thank you. We...

Great location with very helpful staff. The meals were wonderful and the service is very good.

The resort was very smart, and beautifully appointed. Staff were constantly cleaning, and tidying in the grounds, and the restaurant workers and poolboys very attentive.

The hotel is newly opened and some parts are not yet operational like the ocean wing and some of its restaurants. However we loved our stay and wish to come back when the hotel has 100% occupancy. The food the room the service is a class apart. The staff delights you from the time u enter and the time you exit the hotel.. I loved the way they welcomed us with a cultural dance and bid us good bye by tying a yellow thread in our hand for a safe journey.. The best part of the hotel is...

Nice location right on the beach with comfortable sun loungers and plenty of shade, if desired. my husband liked the fact that the pool was shaded too. Staff were friendly and helpful
