The room was nicely equipped and the bed was comfortable. Nice tv, microwave and small fridge as well as ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Good amount of parking. The outside hallways downstairs were dirty. The breakfast is coffee, juice and apples

With a purpose

My over all experience was acceptable, it fulfilled its purpose at the time. I get all l would of appreciated breakfast s not earlier like 5:00/am l start work at 5:45. Also towels daily would of been appreciated as well otherwise l had good sleep throughout good hot water no complaints

Expedia showed that this was the only hotel available in that area for a one night stay. My fault, should have looked at other websites. This place was loud throughly the whole night and early morning. People screaming and yelling. It was also on the road so the cars made it louder. Though the screaming was more concerning. On top of that, the sheets were stained, the walls were dirty. One non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The lobby had a security system so that shows this area is probably not the safest. I blame myself for not looking at other websites. However the quality of this place was bad. I guess it’s expected for the price

The room was being used as a storage room to keep some items. When I arrived, there were boxes inside the room. We didn’t have towels in the bathroom, and when I called to ask for them, the phone didn’t work, so I had to go get the towels myself. To make things worse, a stranger opened the door in the morning and woke me up. I was very scared and started screaming, thinking someone was breaking in. Terrible service. I would not stay there again.

What was unique about the property? Expected something better from a Wyndham sub-brand. The bed may be new but there were dead bugs on the floor, torn curtain, only 2 bath and 1 hand towel for 2 people, 1 small bar of soap, broken double lick and missing chain on the door, AC unit kept making noise. Picked it due to proximity to the highway. Try the Comfort Inn next door.
