What stood out to me the most was every staff member I encountered was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and water was nice and hot in the showers. The gym they have on the bottom floor was the huge for New York standards. Plenty of equipment to get a great workout. Location was perfectly located a half block away from the middle of time square.
Only complaint I had was, you could hear every occupant coming in and out of their rooms. The doors are heavy and they slam very loudly.

Awesome, it was amazing being there. The staff are the best part -everyone is so kind -and the manager is amazing, and the hotel is very well organized.
