"We had a super stay! Staff was all friendly and helpful, we got a surprise upgrade to a penthouse suite which we didn’t need, but truly appreciated. The porch spaces took superior advantage of the views from this hotel. The pools were AMAZING and the parking safe and secure. Nice location to walk the pier and enjoy the downtown. "It was fantastic for a brief stay before heading to K’Gari! The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and the playground, and the turtles that came up to them at the waterfront. The bistro was also great, especially the welcome drink vouchers. It was well located - only a short drive from the Airport, and walking distance to the shopping centre, the beach, and the botanic gardens."
