"First time staying here and we weren’t disappointed. Room was spacious and airy , bed very comfortable. Welcome pack was good. Shower was great and bathroom was immaculate. My only suggestion was to add a handrail inside the shower and maybe a small corner shelf for shampoo, conditioner , shower gel it’s much better for someone disabled. "This review is fairly irrelevant as it closed for good a few days after we left. I felt sorry for the staff as they were given very little notice. The bar and restaurant were closed during my stay but they did honour the breakfasts that we booked "

"The room itself was ok. clean and had everything that was required. The hallway leading up into the flats was all back to the brick and the view from the window on the stairwell was horrible and had visible litter on it as well as other things. There was a funny smell on the stairway coming from one of the flats. I met the local resident from the opposing flat who seemed fine.
