"A wonderful stay at Mansala, with very friendly and helpful hosts. We had a room with balcony and two double beds for us and our son. The owner was able to arrange our safari, taxi and trip to the Elephant Transit home. All very close by. Excellent communication. They organised some water for the early morning safari and breakfast on our return. Freshly cooked and plentiful breakfast. The family were generous with their hospitality"

"We had a fantastic stay at Lizard Safari Lodge. The rooms are clean and well kept, with a nice big bed, mosquito net and fan. Our room had a balcony which was great to sit out on in the late afternoon. Dinner was delicious on both nights of our stay (as was breakfast) with a good selection of food and very generous portion sizes! Nandu could not have been kinder, taking us on a tour of the village and to a local swimming spot on the afternoon of our arrival, and providing snacks and ice creams....

"I can’t recommend this place enough! Great communication with Eric all the way through, we came a bit late, and before we could order our meals over email and it was ready. Great WiFi! "We spoilt ourselves with 2 nights in Ahas Pokuna. This is a truly special place. Greeted at the road side by Arun our naturalist guide we were immediately enveloped in the forest following a footpath (truly the only access) leading us up the the very exclusive camp. We were the only guest and had the middle of three tent suites/tree houses. The beautifully maintained grounds of the camp are full of birds and the staff are always attentive. The food is excellent and plentiful. Arun was delightful...

"We had a fabulous stay! The place is so well maintained with all the good details. The owner Janik is such a nice person, he helps people and animals. Janik mother’s cook is super, the best food we had during our whole trip at Sri Lanka. 这个小旅店实在太好了，这个品质用这个价格住简直不可思议。老板Janik人非常非常好，认真对待每件事和身边每一个人和小动物。Janik妈妈做的饭实在是太好吃了，她开的餐馆曾经是Ella地区的餐馆第一名☝️，没想到我们能有这个口服，这两天的食物是我们在斯里兰卡十天中吃到的最好吃的饭了。旅馆外面是无边无际的甘蔗地，带上店里的三条小狗在田间漫步十分美好。本来只打算住一晚，到了以后直接又延了一晚，把在斯国的最后一晚也贡献给了这里。强烈推荐一定要来体验一下！"

"The welcome at the Sihilro Regency is second to none. We felt almost like family. The home cooked food offered is really fantastic, exceeding the standard in most of the hotels we stayed in.
