This is a perfectly good hotel. Unfortunately, I was scammed out of something over £50. I had booked for the wrong date, while rushing. So I called the hotel and was told it was fine to come on the actual intended date. However, the suite I had booked was not available, so I was offered and accepted a Deluxe room. I said I assumed we would sort out out the more than £50 room rate difference. However, when I checked out in the morning there was a very Kenyan story about the Duty Manager not being available. So what is the point of a Duty Manager? After 30-40 minutes I had to leave for work. The hotel kept the £50 and I got a lame email of 'apology' with no offer to credit me what I had overpaid.
