"The staff are always wonderful when I stay. But I've noticed the cleanliness isn't up to the standards it has been in the past. They need to vacuum around the edges in the elevator more and this time the shower in the room I was staying in, didn't look very clean!"

"I had great experience. However, I want to provide a recommendation. A recommendation: please have your restaurant provide full delivery of meal service in the room instead of asking the customer to come down and get food. In all global hotels, I have stayed if they provide in room dinning, the staff brings food in the room. This was my first experience where I have to go down and get food myself which I have ordered using the room phone."
