"The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "

"Oberdeck is in a great location to explore Hamburg. It’s very close to transport, restaurants, and some great coffee. The apartment was compact but very clean and well equipped. The balcony is a great space. Our only issue was how hot it was upstairs in the bedroom even when it was cool downstairs and outside. A fan is supplied but it was still uncomfortable. The roof top deck is lovely. We would definitely stay again. "

The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "Lovely apartment style hotel m, exceptionally clean with friendly and helpful staff. Bus 100 that you can get just outside the building takes you to the airport for around 4$. Train station with direct train to city centre is within walking distance. "

"Checkin war zäh, da an dem Tag das Mailsystem des Hotels nicht funktioniert hat und man somit ohne jegliche Information da stand. Kommunikation über Whatsapp ist finde ich kein Lösung, es gibt genug Leute die kein Whatsapp nutzen oder nutzen dürfen"
