"The property is close to the beach 2 min walk and 5-8 min away with a car from grocery stores, restaurants, El Tunco or La Libertad. Secure gated location with parking inside. Staff is friendly and accommodating but with limited English. We relied on live app translation or Google Translate. The complimentary breakfast is ok, we preferred the al a cart menu. Good cocktails :) three things that my family didn’t like: loud music at night(until 2 am); no hot water just lukewarm(apparently this is a normal thing); internet was almost non existent except in the bar/sitting area. Overall ok place but we shortened our stay and moved to a Lake Coatepeque accommodation which was better."
