"Second stay at this hotel so it’s obvious that I like it. Tucked away in the centre of Palma one street back from a main shopping street it’s a calm, clean, comfortable and well-run hotel. Breakfast is simple but good quality food served in the courtyard. A disappointment this time was that the roof terrace was closed. We had enjoyed taking a break from walking around Palma by relaxing in the day beds there last time and hadn’t been warned that it was closed. When it’s open it’s a lovely spot. Hotel did best to mitigate the closure by arranging for us to use the rooftop area at a sister hotel on the day we left."

"Great location, spacious room, amazing amenities and pleasurable stay! Our breakfast every morning was fabulous with lots of variety from eggs to fresh fruit. The staff from the front desk, to the restaurant and rooftop bar was very pleasurable. This hotel exceeded my expectations from all the offerings in the room from a beach bag, sunscreen and plenty of water. Our room was always clean from the beaches. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."
