This was our second stay here. It’s quiet and relaxing. The property is beautiful and well kept. We always enjoy the warm pool. That’s our favorite part of our stay.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Read a few negative reviews prior to booking, and luckily didn’t pay attention because they seemed kinda petty. The property was beautiful and very clean and well maintained. It was my wife’s birthday so we booked the honeymoon suite…with large jacuzzi in the bathroom. An excellent choice !! Check in was fast and easy, staff were smiling and friendly and we had a great time. A big plus was the HUGE swimming pool sized hot tub…heated to around 100 degrees by thermal springs I think. Absolutely awesome !! There was also another free form pool with much cooler water.
Breakfast was included and was buffet style with a fresh egg/omelette station. Lots of choices and everything fresh and well presented. Restaurant was beside a pond with lily pads, flowers, fish and ducks for entertainment. Two other restaurants on the property. We also ate at O’Pedro’s Irish Pub, and had salmon which was delicious.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, and we will definitely return even though we live only an hour away. We are beachfront and El Valle is in the mountains, so a nice change. I originally thought the property was expensive, but after staying there I believe it was a good value and worth the price paid.
Really beautiful property, with a lot of charm! Gorgeous location and very private. Breakfast was great. There was a “cold water” pool and “warm water” pool - both were awesome! Overall amazing hotel.
Beautiful premises and location, rooms are simple but spacious, beds are comfortable. Staff can be somewhat strict and inflexible for a boutique hotel.
Property looks great from the outside and pool area. Rooms are just ok. Staff not very friendly. Dining options limited. Breakfast provided is horrible. Poor value.
Title says it all. Will add that Spanish a must. Polite staff but most incompetent to basic requests, even in Spanish. But they at least try.
Breakfast would be boring after 2 days. Flies around with efforts to control them.
Room A/C and plumbing worked great but staid decor.
Well maintained property and nice grounds, gardens, pools. Heated pool is the best thing about this place! Forget about pool bar service though.
Restaurant next door Casa de Lourdes is one of the best in Panama.

Let me begin by saying the sorrounding of this hotel are beautiful, it looks just and feel like you are in an italian villa
But that’s about it
The price we paid for the room we stayed are not worth the amount.
The room need a mayor renovations, we stayed in a honymoon suite, but that room looks like any average hotel room, old and theres nothing about that room to be call honeymoon suite
Power goes off and back on at least 4 times per night
The decoration its like a $60.00 room, the cable suck and the tiny 32’ inches tv the remote control did not work properly,
Again i pay $285.00 per night but that room its not worth that amount
The breakfast its nothimg special, i end up going to the town to get my own breakfast
Again the sorrunding of the hotel are beautiful but the room i stayed in its very basic
Whoever called this hotel a 5 star hotel, needs to be taken to a real 5 star hotel, this hotel its more like a 2 maybe 3 star hotel
I wont be back at this hotel
Hermoso hotel.
