"Overall beautiful property in Riobamba. My husband & I were originally placed in a much smaller room than what we had booked. A bit of an inconvenience, but staff corrected situation once I informed them. Loved the suite (once we were moved to the correct room) & would highly recommend!! We were not given any information about breakfast, spa, etc. when we checked in so that would be my suggestion for an area to improve on"

It is really cold as it is on top of a mountain with no central heating, they did accomodate and provide us with space heaters.
