"The room was ok. Some of the towels had black stains on them. The toilet seat had urine splashes. The towel rack was broken and it felt into the toilet when I grabbed the towel. Only one pillow was provided without a pillow cover. Also the people in the room upstairs were extremely loud. You can hear everything on the bottom floor. "

"Stained towels, torn blankets with big holes in them, flushing the toilet took multiple attempts to fully flush, no beverages at all for breakfast, had to ask multiple times for someone to refill the breakfast section, including bread and milk for the cereal. No ice in the ice machine. This hotel has significant room for improvement, and from my personal experience I will not speak highly of this place. Consider improving basic things such as a better service from your employees, and prioritize clean towels. Super nasty seeing brown and red stains on the towels…."

"My room was a bit smaller than expected (or shown online) but manageable. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast menu was good overall but they ran out of certain food (hot dishes, waffle mix & syrup) an hour before end of serving time. "

"Hot tub was not available, everything was outdated in the room. Had giant roaches crawling around. The pool was FREEZING and not even swimable. For the price I paid, this was not worth it at all. I stay in a hotel in El Paso twice a year and this was definitely the worst one so far "
