"Picked this hotel specifically for the managers reception what used to be 2 hours free drinks now a 2 drink limit, also choose it for the pool and hot tub as we have bad backs and wanted to relax on our trip just to get there and find out they were out of service, the bed was not comfortable as it used to be which ultimately hurt our backs to where we were not able to attend any of the events we had planned on going. I would think for the amount of money we spent for this trip we would of had a better experience "

"To start off the sink water wouldn’t go down. The heater didn’t work and it was extremely cold. I had a baby and we couldn’t sleep well. The two nice cause it was cold and at the moment they said that they didn’t have anyone to go check out the heater also I left my flat iron there and no one has returned my call"

"We stayed one night at the Radisson. Overall, our stay was okay. The room was clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However, check-in was delayed. Our room was not ready at 3:00 PM, and we were told it wouldn’t be available until around 4:30–5:00 PM due to a system issue. There were several guests waiting, which was inconvenient. The pool area could use better maintenance—the water looked cloudy—and there were many adults drinking alcohol in the jacuzzi, which made it less comfortable for families with kids. We’ve stayed here before and had great experiences, so this seemed like an off day, but the delayed check-in was disappointing."
