"The staff were absolutely amazing. Room was big and comfortable and kept very clean. Kettle and coffee machine, and a mini fridge so I could buy my own milk and tea bags. I asked for a quiet room and they did their best to accommodate this, it was as quiet as it could be given the set-up (tiled floors so sound will just carry, but it wasn;t bad at all, I only had to use earplugs once.)"

"We chose this hotel mainly because it’s located close to the Naturanda Tourism Office—about a 13-minute walk—making it very convenient if you book excursions. It’s also close to restaurants, shops, and everything else you might need. The staff, including the breakfast team, were extremely welcoming and happy to answer any questions. The rooms were clean, a good size, and equipped with blackout curtains that genuinely block out the light. I would recommend booking the breakfast buffet; there’s a great variety of options, and the coffee is excellent. My only small suggestion would be to include tea and coffee facilities in the room, as it would have been nice to make a hot drink after a long excursion. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to this wonderful city. "
