"I would like to express how deeply unsatisfied I am with my stay. On arrival the member of staff who was on the front desk seemed confused with my booking email. After 10- 15 mins of waiting I was then told that there was no hot water in the room which was being allocated to us. When we were showed to the room it was full of damp, my partner is asthmatic and I tried to tell the person on reception. The language barrier was quite apparent and I was told ‘no rooms’. "This location is very clean (which isn't always the case in the Philippines). Noud and his team are very helpful and friendly - they will look after you well. Room was cute and the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable (memory foam). Great view from the balcony. Short walk to the main El Nido harbour. Food is also great - I had breakfast and dinner at the guesthouse and both were very good. Would recommend for anyone visiting El Nido to stay here!"
