Hotel been closed for 3 years and still listed on your site. We need our payment return for we had to find another hotel with vacancy and ended up leaving el nido 1 day early because of the hotel Deo

No offer any cups or glasses at room. The ceiling of the corridors was leaking water. The staffs are nice. Overall dont expect too much, there is clean and spacious room there.

There were no amenities. Even ice cubes were a problem. One wall socket, no little refrigerator The staff tried hard Internet was terrible. Enough to get email periodically

We're very sorry for our guest rooms' number of wall sockets and lack of minibar. Extension wires may be provided subject to availability. We are also solving our problem with the internet connection. What can you say about the staff and hotel location? Thank you for your review.

Ok stay
The place is fine. The staff was nice and the room was clean. It needs some freshing up though. There was an on going construction in the hotel while we stayed there wich was a bit disturbing in the Morning. NO hot water in the shower and the wifi worked sometimes but only in the reception. Location is perfect though, equally far to the sunset strip as to the city center (walkable distance! Otherwise 50 pesos with tricycle) Overall it’s a ok stay but it’s sooo overpriced for what you get. There are cheaper and better place around to find in El nido.

Thank you for taking time to give your feedback about your stay in Hotel Deo! We apologize that hot water in the shower is sometimes not available, because we are using solar water heater. The management already contacted our internet service provider on how to upgrade our wifi services. Regular tricycle fare to down town is 10 Pesos per person only. However, hiring a tricycle at night to and from down town is 50-100 Pesos. Rest assured that the ongoing construction occurs only during the day and noise is kept to minimum.

The staff is very kind. Clean. Location is good. It is very close to El Nido Town.
