Article of Complain via Review we booked a packaged-deal tour in El Nido which includes airfare and hotel accommodation. We opt that way so we will simply think of tours and our choice of meals, and we won’t think of our place to stay. Amadeus Inn is simply the opposite here are the reasons why: 1. It is hard to communicate with the managers they were using like 3 different numbers, and the night before, we inquire if they have a transport available from puerto princess to El Nido, which they confirmed it, but when we arrived at the airport, the van wasn’t even there, so we texted the manager and waited for 30 minutes, only to get a text message that they didn’t get our request for van. 2. After 5 hours of travel we were greeted by the “manager” with a question “why did you leave the airport, a van is supposed to pick it up for you”, Wow!! This girl has a nerve to asked me that, I can’t believe it that I showed their text messages, and she said “it’s my uncle”... again wow!! You’re the management and clearly if you can’t coordinate on your own staffs, how can you communicate with your guests? 3. We were informed thereafter that the room we booked is not available(standard double room) instead we got a 4 capacity bunk beds for backpackers 4. Breakfast choices egg & rice, rice and hotdog, pancake 5. There is a demolished building in front, for violating the 25m from shoreline building code law. We transferred at other hotel and didn’t bother to ask for refund.

Hi, Sorry about your whole experience but the communication with the manager of the hotel was not well established that day so we apologize for the inconvenience. The manager will actually vacate her place as she is not deemed for the position because of lack of experience. However, we tried to accommodate your needs but since you refused our offer, we can only go as far. Also, the building in the front is the old market of El Nido and it will be demolished because of no use to the town and is a distraction for our establishment. Amadeus Inn is within the legal distance from the beach as Barangay Buena Suerte is in an Urbanized area of El Nido and the requirement is only 5 meters and we are even beyong that. Again, sorry and we hope to see you again with a better service.

For El Nido -- this was a great option. Location was interesting but the staff was great and we came to love breakfast. The Pancakes were so good ! Although the location was interesting, it was a good location out of town so it was quiet. You are really getting in for a local experience here which is great when travelling.

We were double booked and so the staff downgraded our room to a tiny room with bunk beds on the first floor. Not nearly as nice as the room we booked online. They told me Expedia would issue me a refund but I am skeptical.

Great value, close to pier, very hospitable, views
Great value in el nido! Great staff/relative of owner. Not too far from the happenings but a little hard to find the first time. 1 min walk from the pier. Super views.

En "oplevelse"
Mindre hotel hvor ejeren har meget at lære omkring hoteldrift. Selv efter lokal standart kunne hotellets drift godt tåle en opgradering. Meget små værelser hvor rengøringen kunne være bedre. Hotellet ligger i et roligt område ved den del af stranden hvor fiskerne holder til. Morgenmaden lader noget tilbage. Søde medarbejdere.

Nachdem wir aufs Zimmer gebracht worden sind, hat uns eine Kakerlake im Badezimmer besucht. :( Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber. Nachdem wir das Personal drauf angesprochen hatten, haben die aber sofort unser Zimmer nochmal sauber gemacht. Das Frühstück war leider sehr mager. Es ist ein KONTINENTAL FRÜHSTÜCK, kein normales Buffet oder ähnliches. Drei Frühstücks Mahlzeiten wurden angeboten, Brot (süß) mit einem Spiegelei (kalt). Pancake mit Früchten (aber Früchte gab es nie dazu), Würstchen mit Brot. Kaffee gab es, aber da auch wieder keine Milch. Man kann vor Ort ein Roller mieten zum Fairen Preis. Touren könnte man auch vor Ort buchen, aber sind teurer wir andere Geschäfte. 100 Meter weiter bekommt man die Touren günstiger ! Einmal und nie wieder. !! Chefin sehr unhöflich wenn man das Personal drauf anspricht, dass Zimmer zu putzen !!

Wir entschuldigen uns für die Kakerlake, haben aber ein Insektenschutz-Plug-In bereitgestellt und unser Bestes gegeben, um Ihren Anforderungen gerecht zu werden. Wir haben unser Bestes getan, um dies zu verhindern, und da unsere Anlage in der Nähe von Bergen und Vegetation liegt, haben wir manchmal das gleiche Problem. Wir verdoppeln unseren Aufwand durch den Kauf des Insektenschutzsteckers.

I arrivwt at 18pm and They had cancelled my reservation eventough I had my confirmation. They had No other simulat roomes to offe besiddes a horrible room with a tiny little window, a bad bad smell and animals varsling in the bathroom. The hotel did not at any time excuse their mistake nor dit They uger compensation. At 8am the next morning i left to another hotel. This hotel was horrible and their service a disaster.

La ubicación y la vista de la habitación que tuvimos es muy buena. Las camas son cómodas y la limpieza puede mejorar pero el servicio que recibimos fue terrible. La gente es amable pero cuando llegamos no había nadie para recibirnos, esperamos cómo 15 minutos, al llegar la encargada no encontraba la reservación, nos dijo que estuvo arreglando algo del equipaje de otros clientes. Por la mañana el desayuno fueron dos rebanadas de pan blanco y un huevo frito + café/té, bastante simple y frío. Al irnos tampoco había nadie en la recepción, temimos que tardarían igual que al llegar y los buscamos por todo el hotel para poder recibir el depósito que tuvimos que dejar al llegar. Cuando encontramos a la encargada nos dijo que teníamos que pagar $500 PHP por el desayuno, le dijimos que estaba incluído en la reservación y si no fuera así ése no era lo apropiado por un desayuno como el que ofrecen, nos dijo que nos daría un descuento y nos negamos a pagar y nos amenazó que pondría un mal comentario para nosotros. Cuando revisó la reservación se dió cuenta de que el desayuno sí estaba incluído en nuestra reservación y se justificó diciendo que pensó que era otra reserva. No fueron descorteses en ningún momento pero sí incompetentes y poco organizados. El hotel nos agradó pero por el servicio no podemos darle una buena calificación.
