"The hotel was beautiful. It was just what you pictured a Moroccan hotel to look like. The staff was so courteous and helpful. They helped us arrange tours, drivers and a spa. We got the meal plan and they would call the Chef in after hours to feed us. The food was plentiful and delicious. As women traveling solo we felt completely safe. There were plenty of plugs the AC was great. There is a supermarket two blocks away. "

"Convenient location near train station. Some rooms have mini-fridge and bathtub, a rarity in this country. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant and hammam were undergoing renovation when I stayed in Feb 2024. Sadly, my room 503 had bedbugs. "

"Very central location , only 10 min walj from train station and Medina, 40 min from airport, large rooms, clean new luxury bed linen, argan oik toiletries, hair dryer, good breakfast with omlets, creps, steam vegy, pirrage, croisants, danish pastries , eggs, vefy fresh salads, fruit salads. Lots of hot water, rain shower, bide. Reception staff very helpfull. All stay great. ll return again in Imperial Casablanca hotel. "
