We paid for an upgrade room with a balcony. Very clean and comfortable, good amenities. Staff is very pleasant. Free breakfast had good variety. Hotel is very pretty. Location is a bit far from everything

The place is modern and clean, also secure. Location was perfect next to the parque del Rio.
I like that to get to the rooms you need your code to have access to the elevator.
The room are spacious and come with a small kitchen area.
Service was great, they were attentive, and also assist us with our ride to the airport.
I forgot the name of the girl that helped us out during our check out around 5am, our driver was few minutes late but she was on it. following up with him, before we even asked and keeping us posted.

Lol, where do i start...there was so many issues. Everything we asked for when it came to lunch and dinner that was on the menu was not available or they ran out of. My room was "the quadruple mountain view" but there was no but trees. The bathroom was not in the room and also i asked for extra towels ...
