"The friendly and kind service from Carlos and Luz Miriam was incredible, those guys are the best assets of the hotel. The (Balsora) team looked after my family and I beyond our expectations. Truly hospitable people.
The hotel is located in a stunning traditional farm with all the amenities and services of a 5 stars boutique hotel.

"The peopwety is nor in Aemwnia. Its in Tebaldia, the address in the app is not the real address. The owner responded the day we arruves. I travelled with my elderly parents ans small child. We had to take two cabs to the property and the ownwr charged us $25 for cleaning and not the $4.25 listed. She charged theree times as much as we paud in the app for one day more. "

It is also very simple which is why I also loved it. It’s a big difference compared to the large chain hotels in the city I’m used to visiting. They provided great service and it was safe and beautiful there. I’d definitely return. "
