She was still doing her best to maintain a friendly, curteous attitude. And she worked towards finding an out of the box solution. She also did her best tp accomdate my Dads room. As he has a partial foot amputation, and to get him an accessible room on the first floor. We are so grateful! We will surely be staying here in the future.
