Location. Rooms not cleaned daily. Noisy air condition. Breads at breakfast like hockey pucks. Nice facility poorly managed. At check in, no one at desk. Another guest waiting ahead of me.

The hotel staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is modern, clean, and close to several food locations, etc. I enjoyed their breakfast options as well.

Everything at the Fairfield was quite nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice wifi and plenty of outlets to charge up all my devices. Great Keurig coffee maker and they kept providing me with all the coffee pods I wanted. I really liked the complimentary breakfast in the morning. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The battery in my wireless mouse died. The gal at the front desk gave me a replacement at no charge. So nice!

The staff was absolutely amazing from checking to the time I checked out. The cook was so friendly and welcoming during breakfast. She wanted to ensure everyone had everything they needed. She was engaged and very welcoming and spoke to everyone. Most of all, as everyone left the dining area she said thank you for selecting our hotel, we hope you enjoy your stay. A lot of times cooks and other hospitality members are overlooked but this one made our visit very delightful. We will come again! Thank you

The facility is conveniently located and the staff was friendly. I had some concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The shower had smudges on the wall, there was a used coffee pod in the coffee pot.

Overbooked and still got charged for no stay
I booked two rooms at this hotel and when I got there only one had came across. My confirmation said two. The one that came across wasn’t available because the 3rd party booking site (hotels.com) and their system was not communicating so the hotel got overbooked. I was very confused with the way the girl at the front desk explained this because I thought she was telling me I had one room. Nope, no rooms at all! Ok so understandable about the system glitch. That’s not where the bad review comes in. I still got charges for one room. Called and got the same girl and she says she knows she canceled it. I said but I had two rooms and you only canceled one so that’s probably where the problem is. She has no idea and says it might be the 3rd parties place to fix it. She calls the manager that is out for the day and that was no help either. She calls me back saying she is not comfortable with the system and the manager did not want to explain it over the phone how to look it up. It will be tomorrow before the manager can fix it. I said ok so it will be tomorrow, but it will be refunded? She said she didn’t know if it would be refunded just that the manager couldn’t look until tomorrow. I asked for another manager and she said he was a new hire also and didn’t know the system either. This hotel has terrible customer service!
