"Très belle hotel situé en face du lac. Ça prend 45 minutes du port a l'hotel et cela vaut vraiment la peine. Très bien situé avec un grand accès au lac. On peut même y faire du 4 roues sur la plage. Je le recommande et c'est un des plus beaux hotel style colonial que j'ai eu a faire en Amérique latine. ..."

"The staff were amazing. They helped me set up transportation for the volcano hike and to get to and from the ferry. They responded immediately on WhatsApp. I left a shirt there and the next day they sent someone to San Juan to deliver it to me."
