Excellent. Very good service. Excellent suite. Spacious and comfortable. Tranquil setting.

Perfect location, very easy to find and only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Also very easy to take a bus straight into the city in less than two hours. Room was spotless and had a lovely en-suite. Breakfast was very nice, and the hosts were very welcoming. Nice pool area to relax in with nice atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely attention to detail, very interesting. Enjoyed the singing ftom church next door, dawn call to prayer early sunday morning not so much. Felt safe wondering around local town.

Brand new property with clean spacious rooms. Ample storage in the room and large bathroom with walk in shower and Molton brown toiletries. There was complimentary bottled water although the tap water is safe to drink, and 6 complimentary coffee pods a day. The yoga instructor was excellent and the yoga was complimentary 9am Thursday to Monday on a roof terrace on the spa. There is a roof terrace bar with amazing views of the surrounding mountains with complimentary drinks for guests each...

A wonderful place to stay - a beautifully kept tropical setting with views of the other side of the caldera. Very peaceful. Great value for the high quality of accommodation.

Eccellente! L' albergo è bellissimo e molto curato in tutti i dettagli. La colazione è fantastica con prodotti freschi e molto buoni. Il personale è gentile. Top! Hotel Super consigliato in una città meravigliosa

Situated at the rear of a commercial Estate, the Hotel was quiet. If you want an enjoyable stay, ensure you can speak Spanish, the Staff, for the main part, were friendly, and helpful. The Hotel itself is clean, well maintained in all areas. The Restaurant has an excellent menu, breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is well prepared and presented at a reasonable price. The rooms are clean but basic, if I had to level any criticism at all, it would be in this area, they are not soundproofed, and we...

We had a nice family stay and enjoyed the various pools and beach. The food was decent and the service was good. You need to book early if you want one of the restaurants (same day only), This was a nice way of changing up the dining format. The whole resort was very well maintained and in a beautiful spot. We also spent a nice morning at the quiet and deserted Playa Santa Clara which was a short drive away.

Great place for families, close proximity to the beach, vast variety of food, helpful and polite staff.

This place is rustic but the host is so welcoming and it's well located a few minutes from the start of a popular hike. You can use bikes for free to get into the town centre. Communal kitchen is a bit cluttered but handy and has everything you need. Musica the Golden Retriever might just be the best dog in the world!

This was my first stay at this Hotel. The location is near the beach and the town of San Carlos is close (you can walk in 15 /20 mins). Ivan (the owner) really went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities at the hotel were great. Ate at the hotel almost every night as food and service was great. If you want or need a few days "chill time" I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
