"Poor staff attitudes, Far from welcomjng and not keen at all on helping, we found reception and also breakfast staff rather unhelpful. We had free drinks per day with our booking yet was not told about them when checked in. When we queried it they were very evasive like it was a problem. We got them but it wasnt a welcoming experience. Had dinner at the hotel one night, average and again not the best service. For the quality and price of the hotel I would have expected far kinder and nicer service from the staff. Disappointing "

"The location was great and the vibe was mountain chic, with comfy common areas and even heated floors in our room. We were only there for one night, so can’t really say much more. It’s a very tourist/trekker friendly town, so prices are higher and this hostel followed suit. For a short stay, it was lovely but pricey."

"On a clear day the view is spectacular. Shared space is updated, clean, and cozy. They have a wood burning traditional fireplace that makes the space welcoming. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but a little small."
