Thank you for your feedback, although we may be an older hotel, our rooms are clean, our T.V.'s do work, if there is ever any mistake or issues, you can enter the room and look around and then go to the lobby and we will move you immediately, if there is an issue, to a more suitable room. Thank you for your feedback, we have been in the industry for many years and we might be an older hotel, however we do keep our rooms clean. When you check in, if you should go to your room and it is NOT clean, please go right back to the front desk and let us know kindly and if possible we can send the housekeeper in to rectify the situation OR we will move you to a clean, more suitable room! Thank you for letting us know, it helps us to keep on track in providing you with an affordable clean hotel room!!

We are an older, limited service budget hotel, however, weare clean and comfortable, we apologize that we did not get to this sooner and will look up the room you stayed in and handle any issues. We have since cleaned this up a bit, however we are in the heartland with farming and we do our best to control any pest situations, we are a limites service budget hotel and we are clean, in addition, we are very sorry that you did not have a good stay, we invite you to return if you are ever in our area again!

Thank you, for the past review, we have handled these issues, to be clear this is the heartland of the farming area and we do have the waterbugs, this is not from being dirty, which is the assumption, it gets very hot in the summer months and we have them at that time as well, we do our best to keep our hotel comfortable and clean, we understand if this is upsetting and we wish you the best.
